The rise of metabolic and inflammatory diseases, driven by aging populations, sedentary lifestyles, and poor-quality diets, is intrinsically linked to dysregulation of the gut microbiome. Moving beyond correlations to true mechanistic understanding remains one of today’s grand challenges.
The mission of the “Workshop in Metabolism, Inflammation & the Microbiome” is precisely to tackle these mechanisms, advancing our understanding of how the gut microbiome impacts non-communicable chronic diseases.
Over four intensive days, world-renowned scientists from multiple countries, experts in metabolomics, immunology, systems biology, and host-microbe co-metabolism, will present cutting-edge methodologies and multi-organ approaches. A select group of researchers from Brazil and abroad will join this immersive experience. Through in-depth dialogue and a focus on advanced omics technologies and computational integration, we will explore the mechanisms linking the intestinal microbiome to immunometabolism. Poster guideline

Posters must be 90cm wide and 120 cm tall

Posters must have stick and string for fixation

The title of the poster must be identical to the title of the accepted abstract
