Our lab is located at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of São Paulo and brings together a talented team of undergraduate students, master's scholars, Ph.D. candidates, and postdoctoral researchers. We employ state-of-the-art scientific methods to explore the intricate relationship between nutrition, metabolism and human health. Our research is focussed on the postradial period, and different projects investigate the impact of nutrition on chronic diseases, the effect of nutritional interventions in special populations, and the development of personalized nutrition.
